Description:

Marelli 90 Frame - 3.4kW 3ph 4 Pole, flange mounting AC Motor with; Oil Seal, 2048ppr x 15V Encoder, Force Cooling Fan and Over-Temperature detectors for 400V 3 phase supply from a Variable Frequency Inverter Drive with its base frequency set to 87Hz.

Nominal Speed is 2425RPM and can be used over a 1000:1 Speed Control range to 3000RPM (0.1Hz to 100Hz) continuously, as there is a separately powered cooling fan.

Full Load Current - 8.5A/7.9A at 400V.
Base or Nominal frequency: 87Hz
Overload - 150% x 60seconds.
Set terminal box links 'three a-breast' for 'Delta' connection (normally 230V x 50Hz, now 400V x 87Hz).

Encoder is 12V to 30V at 2048ppr in quadrature with complements.
Over temperature detectors are Thermistors.

177mm Wide x xxxmm Long x 235mm high overall in its IP55 enclosure.
Flange mount on 11mm diameter holes at 165mm pcd with 130mm dia spigot in 200mm diameter flange.
Shaft is 24mm dia x 50mm with 8mm wide key.
Oil seal fitted.
Shaft side load is 80kg for 20,000hrs life (6205-2Z bearing)
